David Akin, EPK Louisiana LLC founder/producer/shooter, came up in the motion picture industry as an assistant cameraman, camera operator, Director of Photography and has worked in many other positions in the broadcast media and film industry for over three decades.
As a production manager at Fox affiliate KMSS-TV and TCI Cable Media, as well as various ad agencies, David wrote reams of copy and shot, produced and voiced hundreds of commercials, promos and documentaries.

Todd Schmidt, a graduate of Multimedia from ITT-Technical Institute is a motion graphics artist, 3D animator, producer and director whose projects have ranged from national commercials to feature films.
Todd has co-produced award winning documentaries including the 2007 feature “Not Broken” and the short “Man of the People”. He was also cinematographer, motion graphics artist and 3D animator on these projects.
During his 12 year career in the video production field, he has created visual effects for major motion pictures starring Meg Ryan, Antonio Banderas and Jessica Simpson, along with filming and producing award-winning documentaries. In 2008, Todd’s work as a documentary co-producer was recognized at the WorldFest-Houston International Film & Video Festival where his film “Not Broken” won the coveted platinum REMI Award. His work as a producer was repeated in 2012 when the short “Man of the People” took home the bronze.
Todd’s still photography has been recognized and published in the prestigious National Geographic and he continues his work today in many areas of broadcast production and digital media.
